Facilities, properties and uses of the garage boxes

Yes, that's possible. In addition to the system in which the gate is opened via your mobile phone, the gate can always be opened with an ordinary key.
No, the garage boxes are not heated as standard. Of course you can make your own provision. (eg electric heater) Outside extreme conditions (3 weeks -10 degrees Celsius) the garage box will be frost-free. It will also remain relatively cool in the summer due to the concrete walls and the sectional door.

Conditions

The minimum rental period is 1 year
The notice period is 3 months.
